Ethically sourced and made from 100% South American beef. Easy to digest, high in protein, and low in fat. These chews start out crunchy then become chewy making them a great alternative to rawhide. No additives, fillers, hormones, chemicals, or preservatives. These chews come in assorted thicknesses.

Our Natural Animal Part Treats are distributed from Warehouse #4 which is an FDA/USDA certified warehouse that strictly deals with food. As a result, you may experience a small time lag when that component of your shipment leaves the warehouse. We pride ourselves on fast delivery but safety takes precedence over speed. Please be patient as some parts of your shipment may arrive before others.

Shipping & Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Coats, jackets, sweaters, harnesses, and other wearables cannot be returned or exchanged. If you need assistance, please contact us at info@ruffcitypet.com, and we'll connect you with the manufacturer for approval.
