The Baxter family runs every part of Riff City Pet. We are a small family owned business based out of the Philadelphia area.

We started Ruff City Pet in 2020 because of our own pups. Both our dogs Eli and JB have food sensitivities that was causing uncomfortable stomach aches. Once we found the products we were using were not always the best for our pups, we were shocked! We felt everyone should know this information to help their pets to be more comfortable.

We saw a hole in the market that we felt we could fill. A lot of people across the world do not have access to independent pet boutiques that could provide healthy foods, unique toys, and limited ingredient treats. We feel that all pets should be able to use these products.

The Ruff City Pet team has a vast knowledge in the pet nutrition that allows us to pick the best products for your pet. Being pet parents ourselves, we also know what pets love!
